Based in beautiful Mooloolaba - home to one of the Sunshine Coast’s most iconic beaches - Mooloolaba Fisheries has been a trusted name in Australian seafood since 1982. We own and operate our own wharf, where boats deliver wild-caught seafood straight to us, ensuring unbeatable freshness and quality.

Wild Caught Australian Southern Bluefin Tuna Sashimi grade. Four types of Saku-Sashimi blocks and steaks. All processed 100% on site. Frozen at normal -18 degrees C, and when defrosted you would never know this was frozen with a 2 week shelf life.

As a fully Australian owned and operated business, we are committed to sourcing only wild-caught Australian seafood, supporting local fisheries and sustainable practices.

Our retail outlet, Fisheries on the Spit, is located right at our wharf and has served the community since the early days. In fact, it was the only seafood retailer on the Spit until around 2000.

We process a wide variety of premium Australian seafood, distributing to our own three seafood markets, national online retailers, wholesale partners, and international markets.
